High-Potency Oral Lines, Multiple Dosage Forms
The oral production line for high potency drugs must be designed to protect against dust potentially generated from each equipment. For example, the negative pressure ventilation and solid partitions are leveraged to serve as the primary protection where personal protection equipment (PPE) is employed as a secondary protection.
Sunny has established production lines, which are especially suitable for smaller output applications such as new drug development, for high potency oral products in the forms of tablet, softgel capsule, and hard gelatin capsule. Sunny has softgel products for the indications of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), acne and prostate cancer, which are ready for submission to USFDA and/or TFDA.Additionally, Sunny has few solid products for cancer treatment are being developed.
