High-Potency Injection Line, Modular Design
Sunny has installed a vial production line equipped with powder- and liquid-fill modules for high potency injectable products for the treatment of osteoporosis and cancer, respectively. The former is currently under FDA review and the latter was approved by FDA.
It enables fast switch between modules resulting in highly flexible and efficient for product changeovers. The production line equipped with OEB 5 isolators is to maintain sterility, prevent microbial contamination during the manufacturing, as well as contribute significantly to the safety and the efficacy of injectables.
