As part of its digital transformation initiative, Sunny Pharmtech has commissioned PSC Biotech Corporation Taiwan Branch to implement customized Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) modules within the ACE? Quality Management System. The systems passed validation and were successfully delivered to the Sunny Pharmtech team on April 1, 2025. Full-scale implementation is expected to commence in May following approval from the competent authorities.
With the launch of the ACE? system, Sunny Pharmtech will significantly enhance operational efficiency and internal knowledge management by replacing paper-based processes with digital workflows. Key features such as electronic approvals, email notifications, and advanced search capabilities will streamline operations. In addition, access controls and digital signatures will improve the security of controlled documents.
The new LMS transforms the traditional passive approach to quality management into a dynamic, proactive system through intelligent scheduling and diverse training methods. This supports regulatory compliance, meets customer needs, and contributes to the goal of achieving zero product defects.
